The RiverReel International Film Festival is coming up this weekend in Cincinnati. It's chock full of independent live action films from around the world. Tonight March 17 is the Best of Ottawa Screening! Hey guys I had the fortunate opportunity to check out some films from Paris production companies at the London International Film Festival at the Barbican Center yesterday. These are some of the films that I enjoyed the most- it's always good to see what other people are doing don't you think? It's an indie feature and we need to support each other, But aside from that this is an animated film that deals with topics like depression and sanity which means it is definitely interesting and worth watching- this is the kind of film we need more of! I just wanted to point out that we have a new events section of this blog- there are a couple of google calendars in there that you may want to be aware of.  There are: 1) Events that CAN will be planning as a group 2) Events that are going on in Cincy, Columbus, and anywhere even remotely near here that we may not be going to as a group but that you still may want to check out anyway 3) A second calendar of the schedule of Life Drawing classes at the Manifest drawing studio, for those of you who need to do life drawing which is everyone ever. Also a link to their details. Because these are nifty google calendars, if you use gmail you can integrate them with your own google calendar so they will automatically show up! As I add stuff it will automatically be added to yours too!  We live in the future! This technology is why my calendar is a stuffed mess because I know everything that is going on at all times. Enjoy!
